Rizvi, learned Additional Standing Counsel enters appearance on behalf of the State-Opposite Party (Vigilance Department) by filing a Memo of Appearance in Court today, which be kept on record. He, on instruction, submits that the Appellant has expired on 18th May, 2009. To that effect, a memo has been filed. 4.
None of the relatives of the Appellant has come forward seeking the leave to continue the appeal.
