Heard Mr. R.K. Mohanty, learned Senior Advocate appearing along with Mr. A. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner files this writ petition challenging the disqualification of the technical bid of the petitioner as he has not satisfied the conditions stipulated in the tender, i.e. annual turnover in similar nature of work. The petitioner has already made a grievance in Annexure-3, but the same has not been considered.

On perusal of the record, it appears that out of 12 applicants participated in the tender seven have qualified, however, the petitioner has not made such qualified applicants as parties to the present writ petition. 5.

In course of hearing, Mr. R.K. Mohanty, learned Senior Advocate prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty for the petitioner to file fresh writ petition with better particulars.
