None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called. This was also the situation on 18.05.2020. Interim order having been granted by order dated 20.03.2019, the same has been vacated by order dated 12.02.2020.

In view of the above, the ABLAPL stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

It is further clarified that the interim order having been vacated by subsequent order dated 12.02.2020, it be taken that the Petitioners are no more under interim protection. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
