None appears for the Petitioners at the time of call. 3.

This Court vide order dated 16.09.2015 issued notice on admission and stay notice to Opposite Party Nos. 13 to 15, 17 to 19, 22 and 25 in their correct address by Registered Post with A.D., within a week. Again opportunity was given to the Petitioners on 06.02.2017 to comply with the order dated 16.09.2015, but till date no requisites have been filed. 4.

In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant further adjournment in the old case.
