1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. Order No.

2. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for a direction to the opposite party to issue permit and fitness certificate after paying the tax amount of the vehicle bearing registration number OR-06-H-2311 and not to collect the penalty, which is two times higher than the tax.

3. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

4. In the meanwhile the O.P.D.R proceeding having been initiated against the Petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to deposit the tax and contest the said proceeding, if so advised.

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
