None appears for the petitioners at the time of call so also no one had appeared on the last occasion on 17.11.2022 but Mr.Subhasis Pattnaik, learned counsel for the opposite party is present today and on the last occasion and he opposes the continuance of the CRLMC. 3.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, especially when no one had appeared for the petitioners today and on last occasion, it pre-supposes that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter. Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed for nonprosecution. ( G. Satapathy) Judge Kishore
