Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of the Order dated 04.08.2022 the petitioner was directed to submit the NCTE recognition certificate issued by the National Council for Teacher Education for the Session 2014-15. The said certificate was submitted before the District Education Officer, Ganjam by 8th of August, 2022 and the District Education Officer, Ganjam has accepted and forwarded to the Director, Secondary Education, Odisha. Since the said certificate has been

// 2 // accepted and it is under consideration by the Government.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the grievance of the petitioner raised in this Writ Petition has already been redressed.
