Since on instruction Mr.Zafrulla, learned Addl. Standing Counsel submits that in the meantime Narla P.S. Case No. 42 dated 26.3.2022 has been registered for commission of offences under Sections 294, 504, 506/34 I.P.C., Mr.Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner does want to proceed further in the matter.

Accordingly, the CRLMP is dismissed as not pressed. 5.
