The matter is taken up by Video Conferencing mode. 2.
This is the second journey of the Petitioners in filing this application under Section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for their grant of bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Derabish P.S. Case No.39 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. Case No.392 of 2017 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara, for alleged commission of offence under Section-342/323/363/376(2)(i)/376(2)(j)/376-D/109 /506 of the IPC read with section-6 of the POCSO Act, for their release on bail in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made further keeping in view the earlier order dated 20.11.2018 passed by this Court in ABLAPL No.13574 of 2018, dismissing the petition under section-438 Cr.P.C. filed by this Petitioners, in the absence of any change in the circumstances; the present application stands dismissed as not entertainable.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
