1. Arising out of the same incident for which the present petition was registered as a Public Interest Litigation (PIL), there appears to be a case pending in the Odisha Human Rights Commission (OHRC) being Case No.419 of 2020. The Court is further informed that compensation sum of Rs.6 lakhs has been paid to the legal heirs of the deceased persons apart from money for the medical treatment of the injured persons.

2. Considering that the matter is already pending in the OHRC, the Court does not consider it appropriate to continue with the present petition. It is disposed of as such.
