By the order dated 02.08.2022, the appellant was cautioned if the steps were not taken by the next date i.e. 17.08.2022, this Court will be persuaded to pass an order for non-prosecution. Even today, there is no representation for the appellant. 3.

It appears from the Registry's note that no steps have been taken as directed by the said order dated 02.08.2022. 4.

In the circumstance, we are left with no other alternative, but to dismiss this appeal for non-prosecution.
