Since the State-petitioners have filed this writ petition against the remand order passed by the Economic Adviser and Revisionary Authority, this Court is not inclined to entertain the same. However, liberty is granted to the Statepetitioners to pass appropriate order in consonance with the remand order passed by the Revisionary Authority, in accordance with law.

With the above liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
