Upon hearing learned counsel for the Appellants and on going through the averments taken in the application, it is directed that the certified copy of the judgment and decree passed by the learned District Judge, Cuttack in RFA No.193 of 2011 and the certified copy of the judgment and decree passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), 1st Court, Cuttack in Title Suit No.123 of 1990 be returned to the learned counsel for the Appellants under proper acknowledgement on substitution of the attested true copies of the said documents.
