Perusal of the letter no. 130 dated 05.05.2022 received from the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur reveals that C.P. No. 265 of 2019 has been dismissed exparte on 25.04.2022. 4.

In view of this development, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this TRP(C) and he prays that liberty may be granted to him to file a fresh application in case of revival of C.P. No.125 of 2019 5.

The TRP(C) stands disposed of as withdrawn granting the liberty aforesaid.
