Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties. 2.

Filing this writ petition, the petitioner has serious allegation that there has been undertaking of construction over the own land of the petitioner and in absence of any land acquisition proceeding. It is alleged that in spite of petitioner's objection, the road has already been laid down. Even after such construction petitioner made application to at least pay compensation of the petitioner. There is no consideration of such request vide Annexure-2 as of now. 3.

Considering the limited request involved as petitioner's request is pending consideration by Collector, Chhatrapur, Ganjam Opp. Party No.2, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Collector, Chhatrapur, Ganjam to look into the request of the petitioner vide Annexure-2 along with the plea taken in the writ application and the documents taken support and pass appropriate order involving the complaint of the petitioner for grant of compensation by completing entire exercise and involving the
