Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Petitioner alleges that there is factual error in the order of the Hon'ble Lokayukt involved herein. Taking this Court through the materials, learned counsel for the Petitioner attempted to satisfy such aspect.

For the settled position of law involving correction of factual error committed by a Court or Competent Authority, it is the same Court or Authority, if has committed such mistake, to rectify its own order. In the circumstance, no Writ Petition is entertainable. In the process, this Court while declining to entertain the Writ Petition and disposing of the same observes, the Petitioner, if so advised, may approach the Authority alleged to have committed such factual error.
