This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

On the prayer of Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner, he is permitted to implead Additional Commissioner, Consolidation and Settlement, Cuttack as Opposite party No.6 to the writ petition in Court.

This writ petition has been filed for a direction for early disposal of RP Case No.497 of 2018 pending before the Additional Commissioner, Consolidation and Settlement, Cuttack.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the matter has not yet been considered and notice has not been issued to the opposite parties therein. He, therefore, submits that a direction may be issued to the Additional Commissioner, Consolidation and Settlement, Cuttack to take up the matter for issuance of notice to the opposite parties.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event the Petitioner files a memorandum within a period of two weeks hence along with certified copy of this order before the Additional Commissioner, Consolidation and Settlement, Cuttack for consideration of the aforesaid RP Case No.497 of 2018 for issuance of notice to the opposite parties, he shall do well to accept the same and make an endeavour for consideration of issuance of notice to Opposite Parties within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing such memorandum, if the matter is otherwise ready and there is no legal impediment. Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
