In view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the State that on completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been filed placing the Petitioner for trial for commission of offence under Section-447/323/294/34 of the IPC, which are all bailable, the present application stands disposed of with an observation that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court below within a period of two weeks hence and moves for appropriate order. The Court below would do well to dispose of the same in accordance with law at the earliest. 3.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Interim order dated 06.03.2020 does no more survive. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
