Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State Opposite Parties No.1 to 3 contended that since the General Nursing Midwives/Auxiliary Nursing Midwives Examinations for the academic session 2015-16 and 2016-17 have been over, the Writ Petition has become infructuous by efflux of time.
