There was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner when the matter was called on 5.05.2022. None appears today. 4.

The petitioner was working as Jogan Sahayak in Chalki Grampanchayat under the administrative control of the Block Development Officer, Muribahal, District Bolangir (O.P.No.4). She has assailed the order of suspension dated 2.2.2020 inter alial, on the ground that the same was passed without giving any opportunity of hearing to her.

On perusal of the writ petition it is seen that assailing such order of suspension the petitioner had made representation on 9.8.2021 and on 16.8.2021 before the B.D.O., Muribahal (O.P.No.4) under Annexure-5 series.

Considering the limited nature of grievance, the writ petition is disposed of directing opposite party No.4 to consider and take a decision on the representation stated to have been preferred by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order. It is needles to state here that the concerned authority shall do well to afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.
