Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to release his arrear dues in lieu of his service calculated by taking the grade pay as Rs.5,400/- instead of Rs.4,800/- towards the 2nd RACP from 26.08.2007 and Rs.6600/- instead of Rs.5,400/- towards the 3rd RACP from 26.08.2017 till the date of his superannuation as expeditiously as possible.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-5 series and the same may be directed to be considered taking into consideration Annexure-2 within a stipulated time to which learned State Counsel has no objection. 5.

As agreed by the learned counsel for the parties, this

Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-5 series and pass appropriate order taking into consideration Annexrue-2 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
