During course of hearing Mr. Pattanayak wants to withdraw this application as he wants to approach the learned J.M.F.C., Barbil under Sections 82 & 83 Cr.P.C. for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner in connection with 1CC Case No.30 of 2017.
