From the representation vide Annexure-10, this Court finds, the Petitioner has a pending case before the Superintendent, S.C.B. Medical College & Hospital, Cuttack - Opposite Party No.3. From Annexure-9, it appears, there has already been a communication by the Office of the R.D.C, Central Division, Cuttack to the Superintendent, S.C.B. Medical College & Hospital to look into the request of the Petitioner and take appropriate action thereon. 2.

Considering the submissions made by the parties and without expressing any opinion on the claim of the Petitioner, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-10 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto, if the same is still pending.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner.
