Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the file is missing and not traceable and therefore the matter may be adjourned to a future date.

Considering the fact that the matter is pending since 2015, this Court is inclined to dispose of the CRLMC petition however petitioner is granted liberty to revive the same in the event the file is traceable.

Interim order dated 5th October, 2015 passed in Misc. Case No.2615 of 2015 stands vacated.
