Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2022 in connection with Pipili P.S. Case No.264 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.380 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Pipili for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 394 of IPC.

It is submitted that the petitioner has been implicated entirely on the basis of the statement of the co-accused, namely Bapi @ Chandan Baral, who has been granted bail by this Court in BLAPL No. 8436 of 2020.

Considering the submissions as above and applying the principle of parity, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and
conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
