This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate.

The present writ application has been filed by the Petitioner seeking for a direction to the Opposite Party No.2 for disposal of the representation of the Petitioner dated 04.06.2021 under Annexure-5 to treat the period i.e., 17.12.2012 and from 18.12.2012 to 23.07.2015 as duty by disbursing the financial dues in view of the continuity certificate vide Annexure-3 dated 04.01.2016 within a stipulated period.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has submitted a detailed representation highlighting his grievance to the Divisional Manager, BCDD-II, IRC Village, Bhubaneswar, Khurda, Opposite Party No.3, which is stated to be pending before him as of now. Learned counsel for the Petitioner
// 2 // further submits that a direction be issued to the Opposite arty No.3 to consider the representation of the Petitioner within a stipulated period of time in accordance with law.

Considering the limited nature of grievance, this Court considers it proper to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner at the stage of admission, directing the Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 04.06.2021, if such representation is pending, within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Further the Opposite Party No.3 is directed to consider and representation of the Petitioner and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order and the decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioner shall be communicated to the Petitioner within two weeks thereafter. 6.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
