This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that in view of the death of the sole Appellant despite all possible efforts from their side to contact, the legal representatives of the Appellant for taking appropriate steps in getting substituted in the Appeal so as to further pursue the same, it has not been possible.

In view of that he expresses his inability in the matter to do any further.

In the above state of affairs, the Appeal stands dismissed as to have abated in view of the death of the Appellant. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
