1. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed. The delay of 33 days in filing the writ appeal is condoned. The I.A. is disposed of.

2. The writ appeal is directed against an order dated 4th December, 2018 of the learned Single Judge declining to restore a review petition which was dismissed for default. The review petition itself was filed after dismissal of the special leave petition by the Supreme Court against the original order dated 23rd April, 2014.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. The writ appeal, is accordingly, dismissed.
