Heard Mr. S. Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. H.M. Dhal, learned Additional Government Advocate.

During course of hearing, Mr. Khan wants to withdraw this writ petition as he wants to approach the sole opposite party for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner by filing a petition for expeditious disposal of L.A. Case No.20 of 2005 pending before him.

Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the observation that in the event, such a petition is filed; a decision on the same shall be taken within two weeks by the opposite party.
