In view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the State that Final Form as 'Mistake of Fact' has already been filed in the present case; learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this application seeking liberty to renew the same in case cause of action so arises in future. 3.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Interim order passed on 06.03.2020 does no more survive.
