This I.A. has been filed for change of nomenclature from TRP(Civil) to TRP(Criminal).

As this transfer application has been filed praying for transfer of Cr.P. Case No. 79 of 2018, TRP(Criminal) under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. will be maintainable. Hence, the prayer for change of nomenclature is allowed.

Registry is directed to change the nomenclature of this application from TRP(Civil) to TRP(Criminal). 5.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
