A joint affidavit of the Petitioner and Opposite Party No.2 filed in Court today along with a memo received from the Registry is taken on record.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the Informant in chorus submit that the dispute giving rise to the criminal case has in the meantime been amicably resolved between the parties. Learned Counsel for the State submits to have received no such instruction as yet. It is further submitted by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Informant that the misunderstanding which had led the informant to lodge the F.I.R. does no more survive and the parties are having cordial relationship. 4.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Badagad P.S. Case No.58 of 2020 corresponding

// 2 // to C.T. Case No.729 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court. 5.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
