Against fixation of seniority in the final gradation list of Inspectors of Motor Vehicles/Addl. RTOs (Enf.)/A.W.E. of OTES Cadre vide Annexure-15 dated 24.01.2022, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.

Mr. P.K. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner states that fixation of seniority of the petitioner at serial no.24 in the final gradation list is erroneous one, as the petitioner is entitled to place at serial no.16 of the said gradation list. 4.

Issue notice to the opposite parties.

Three extra copies of the writ petition be served on Mr. P. Behera, learned Standing Counsel for the Transport Department for opposite parties no.1 to 3 within three days enabling him to obtain instructions or file counter affidavit. 5.

Steps for service of notice on the opposite parties no. 4 to 9 by registered post with A.D. be taken within three days.

Office shall send notice to the said opposite parties fixing an early returnable date.
