This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Considering the limited nature of grievance, the writ petition has been taken up for hearing and dispose of at the stage of admission.

The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer:

"It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to issue Rule NISI to the opp. Parties calling upon them to show cause as to why the petitioner shall be not employed in any branch of the Bank and on showing insufficient/or no cause the said Rule shall be made absolute and the petitioner may be

// 2 // employed in the Bank as similarly placed employee are already regularized in the Bank."

Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that the case of the Petitioner has been recommended for absorption by the Branch Manager with the Managing Director, Syndicate Bank, Corporate Office, Bangalore, vide letter dated 21.3.2021. However, no action has been taken on such letter. Further it is submitted that Petitioner has submitted a representation before the General Manager, Canara Bank, Circle Office, Bhubaneswar, dated 31.12.2021 (Annexure-4 series) highlighting his grievance. He further submits that the same is also pending and no action has been taken by the Authority on such representation. 6.

Considering the limited nature of grievance, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the Petitioner to file a fresh representation before the General Manager, Circle Office, Canara Bank, Bhubaneswar, Opposite Party No.2 within a period of two weeks from today highlighting his grievance along with all supporting documents in his favour. In such event, the Opposite Party No.2 shall consider the same particularly as per the recommendation of the Branch Manager vide letter dated 21.03.2020 and also taking into consideration similarly placed persons have been given the benefit and dispose of the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Decision so taken be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 7.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
