This C.M.P. is filed for a direction for early disposal of the Execution Proceeding vide E.P. No.7 of 2019.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner and keeping in view the decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Rahul S. Shah Vs. Jinendra Kumar Gandhi & Ors. in Civil Appeal Nos.1659-1660/2021 thereby giving clear direction to see disposal of the Execution Proceedings within a period of six months from the date of filing of such application, this Court directs the trial court to conclude the proceeding vide E.P. No.7 of 2019 already three years old, within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.
