Heard Mr. N.K. Sahu, learned Counsel appearing for Opposite Parties No.2 & 3 and perused the record. 4.
The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Parties to take decision on his application to grant necessary permission for improvement of CGPA in Second and Third Semester Examination in Integrated M.Sc. Programme under Life Science Department of NIT, Rourkela.

Since the Second and Third Semester Examinations in Integrated M.Sc. Programme under Life Science Department of NIT, Rourkela for the session 2014-15 and 2015-16 have been over
in the meantime, this Court is not inclined to grant permission to the Petitioner for improvement of CGPA in Second and Third Semester Examination in Integrated M.Sc. Programme under Life Science Department of NIT, Rourkela after a long lapse of time. 6.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition merits no consideration and the same is dismissed.
