Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

Having regarding to the nature of accusations, the materials on record and looking into the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, which includes his detention under the NSA twice, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore, rejected. It is however open to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after examination of some material witnesses in the case. 4.
BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
