This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners in this writ petition pray for a direction to set aside the R.O.Rs. under Annexure-5 series prepared in the name of Opposite Party Nos.4 to 12.

On perusal of the writ petition it appears that the R.O.Rs. under Annexure-5 series were prepared pursuant to the orders passed in set of revisions in R.C. Nos. 1014, 1115, 1016, 1015, 1012 , 2010, 1363, 2307 and 1130 of 2015 filed under Section 37 (1) of the Orissa Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation of Land Act, 1972 under Annexure-4 series.

Since the orders under Annexure-4 series were never challenged and have attained finality, the R.O.Rs. prepared pursuant to the same cannot be challenged.

Accordingly, this writ petition being devoid of any merit stands dismissed.
6.
Certified copies of Annexure-4 series shall be returned to the learned counsel for the Petitioners on substitution of attested photocopies thereof.
