This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

The sole grievance of the Petitioner in the present writ petition is that the Petitioner seeking a direction to the Managing Director, Neelachal Ispat Nigam Ltd.-Opposite Party No.1 to pay the statutory percentage of his salary toward P.P.F., deducted from his Revised Pay and the equivalent statutory contribution payable by the Employer towards Provident Fund along with compound interest thereon for the period from 01.01.2012 to 31.05.2014 along with interest @ 15% per annum and further seeking for a direction to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-1. 4.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that although the Petitioner has filed a representation highlighting his grievance before the Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2, the same is still pending before them and the same has not been deposited to the
// 2 // statutory authority. The authority did not paying interest on the amount payable towards employees. He further submits that by highlighting his grievance, he has submitted representation before the Managing Director, Neelachal Ispat Nigam Ltd.-Opposite Party No.1 on 12.02.2022 and the same has not considered till date as a result the Petitioner is a retired employee, who is suffering from financial factor.

Considering the limited nature of grievance, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the authorities to consider the grievance of the Petitioner and dispose of the representation filed by the Petitioner on 12.02.2022 within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order in accordance with law. It is needless to mention here that the representation of the Petitioner shall be considered by a speaking and reasoned order on the same. Any decision taken on the same shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of ten days thereafter. 6.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
