This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. Mr. S.S.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that, pursuant to advertisement no.26 of 2021-22 under Annexure-1, the petitioner registered his name through online within the time for the post of Assistant Section Officer in Group-B of Odisha Secretariat Service, but he could not make payment of examination fees in time, as link did not open. Therefore, the petitioner visited to the office of OPSC and filed an application to pay the examination fees, but the said office did not accept the fees and supply the application form for examination. The last date for submission of application form is 25.02.2022. To that extent, he has made representation to opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-3, which is still pending.

In that view of the matter, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner under Annexure-3 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 7 days, and if so required, the petitioner may be permitted to

submit all other documents, pursuant to registration, so as to enable him to participate in the process of selection. If the petitioner produces the copy of the order along with Annexure-3, the authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate order within the time specified.

4. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
