Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2022 in connection with Rasol P.S. Case No.09 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.27 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Hindol for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 450/395/397/201/120-B of IPC.

It is alleged that the petitioner was the master mind of the docoity committed in a bank whereby cash of Rs.15 lakhs and gold of the value of Rs.3 crores was taken away by the culprits. 12 grams of gold has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The entire stolen cash is also said to have been recovered in the meantime. Charge sheet has already been submitted and the case has also been committed to the Court of Sessions for trial. In the meantime several co-accused persons have already been released on bail by orders passed by this Court.

Taking into consideration all the above facts as also the period of detention of the petitioner in custody, I am inclined to allow the

prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
