As the suit vide C.S. No.160 of 2000 is pending since 2000, this Court directs, if there is no legal obstruction involving C.S. No.160 of 2000, all possible attempt may be made for disposal of the suit vide C.S. No.160 of 2000 within a period of four months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. Petitioner is prohibited from taking any unnecessary adjournment in the Court below and is also prohibited from moving any other miscellaneous applications therein.
