This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This writ petition has been filed for a direction for early disposal of C.P. No. 132 of 2019 pending before learned Judge, Family Court, Puri.

Mr. Patnaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that pleadings of the parties in C.P. No. 132 of 2019 are complete. But, due to non-cooperation of Opposite Party, the case was adjourned to different dates. He further submits that there is no legal impediment for early disposal of C.P. No.132 of 2019. Hence, he prays for a direction for early disposal of the same.

On perusal of the writ petition, it appears that the matter is not ready for hearing. In that view of the matter, no direction can be made for early disposal of C.P. No.132 of 2019 at this stage. However, it is observed that parties should cooperate with learned Judge, Family Court, Puri for early disposal of C.P. No.132 of 2019.
