2. The Petitioner seeks relief against the order of N.B.W passed by the learned S.D.J.M, Bhubaneswar dated 31st July, 2015 in C.T. Case No.3671 of 2013.

3. There is no interim stay in the matter and hence there is every possibility of the matter might have been proceeded further. In case no proceeding has been taken up and the order of NBW is still in force, the Petitioner shall surrender before the learned court below within two weeks hence, and in such event the learned trial court shall do well in admitting the Petitioner to bail on such terms and conditions to enable the Petitioner to face the trial.

4. The CRLMC is disposed of accordingly.
