The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the advertisement no.25 of 2021-22 under Annexure-3, and to issue direction to the opposite parties to issue a fresh advertisement specifying reasonable time for registration and submission of application. 3.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-5 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time.

Considering the limited nature of grievance made by the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-5, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
