Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr.B.Karna, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No. 39 of 2020 arising out of G.Udayagiri P.S. Case No. 99 of 2020 on the file of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court under POCSO Act, Phulbani for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 376(A)(B)/506 of the I.P.C. read with Sec. 4 of the POCSO Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court under POCSO Act, Phulbani
by order dated 30.03.2021, in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. Statement of the victim which has categorically implicated the petitioner.

In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail stands rejected. ( V.Narasingh ) Judge Dhal
