Petitioner has not filed complete materials in this writ petition involving a dispute relating to the election of the Ranpur N.A.C. This Court, therefore, is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a better petition accompanying all the materials.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
