Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

Petitioner alleges that even he has deposited the higher amount vide Anenxure-1 in the matter of involving compounding fees and the authority as per Annexure-2 has come to hold the compounding fee at Rs.53,150/- , it is necessary on the part of the statutory authority to return the excess amount so deposited. For not getting any relief on the action of the opposite parties, the petitioner compelled to file the representation at Annexure-3 and also reminder vide page- 14 of the brief, which appear to be pending consideration of the competent authority. 3. While keeping in view the serious allegation made in the writ petition, this Court however since finds petitioner's request is still pending consideration of the competent authority, the Secretary, Bhubaneswar Development Authority-opposite party no.

2 is directed to look into the request of the petitioner vide Annexure-3 and take decision, as appropriate, but however keeping in view the assessment already made in Annexure-2 by undertaking the complete exercise within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
