Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2022 in connection with Attabira P.S. Case No.21 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.21 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned NGN-cum-J.M.F.C., Attabira for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 419/420/34 of IPC. 4.
Having regard to the submissions, materials on record and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted in the case, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the Court in seisin over the matter on each date of posting of the case, failing which it shall be open to the Court
below to issue NBW to take him to custody again. Further he shall appear before the IIC of Attabira Police Station on every Monday at 10 a.m. for a period of six months and such fact shall be certified by the concerned IIC to the Court once a month.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
