This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Grievance of the Petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to inaction of Opposite Party-authorities under the Odisha Survey and Settlement Act, 1958 (for short, 'the Act') in correcting the map in consonance with the ROR published under Annexure-4.

In view of the fact that the Petitioner has remedy available under the said Act for correction of the said map, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. 4.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, dismissal of the writ petition shall not preclude the Petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law. (K.R. Mohapatra) Judge s.s.satapathy
